RENT OUR COMMUNITY CENTER
Our community center is available to rent year-round to members of LSPOA and non-members. It has been used for a wide variety of events, graduation, holidays, weddings, birthday and anniversary parties.
Our community center has the capacity to hold 250 people, with seating for 100. Tables, chairs, bar, Internet based TV, Wifi, and bluetooth speakers to play music are all included. There is a required deposit of $100. The community center rents for $250 per event to all LSPOA Members and $400 per event to non-members.
